ANM supplies Vitamin A ingredients to manufacturers in food fortification, nutraceuticals and animal nutrition. Each grade is defined by its chemical form, potency, carrier and intended application, and is supplied against its own specification.
Vitamin A is commonly specified in staple-food fortification — edible oil, milk and flour among them — and is a core component of nutraceutical and feed premixes. Our role as a Vitamin A supplier is to match the right form and potency to your matrix and process, and to document it.
Where a single vitamin is not enough, we develop customized premixes that combine Vitamin A with Vitamin D3, Vitamin E or other approved vitamins at customer-specific potency.
02Formats & potencies
From a beta-carotene (yeast-based) source, as stated in the source statement for the grade. Clear to light yellow oil for edible oil, beverage and liquid fortification.
For edible oil and fat fortification and oil-based nutraceutical formulations.
For flour and milk-powder fortification, dry blends, tablets, capsules and premixes.
For feed premixes and compound feed; specified and documented separately from food and nutraceutical grades.

04Composition
Active: Vitamin A as retinol or retinyl ester, as declared for each grade. The source of each grade is stated in its source statement.
Oil grades: active in a suitable base oil; the base oil and any antioxidant are declared per grade.
Powder grades: microencapsulated active on a declared carrier matrix designed for dry blending.
Feed grades: carrier and composition documented separately from food and nutraceutical grades.
