A customized premix is designed around your product rather than adapted from a standard grade. Target potency, vitamin combination, carrier and physical form can each be set to your requirement, subject to technical and regulatory feasibility.

Feasibility first
Not every combination is technically or legally possible. Some vitamins interact, some carriers do not suit a matrix, and permitted forms differ between markets. Every brief receives a technical and regulatory feasibility review before a specification is proposed, and we tell you clearly if a requirement cannot be met.

Uniform distribution by design
The value of a premix lies in carrying low-dose vitamins evenly through a much larger mass. Blending sequence, carrier particle size and pre-dilution steps are chosen with homogeneity in view, and potency is confirmed against the agreed specification.

What information do you need to start a customized premix?

Is there a minimum quantity for customized premixes?
Minimum quantities depend on the formulation, the format and the batch size. They are confirmed during the feasibility review and stated in the quotation.
Can you match an existing premix specification?
Share the current specification and we will review whether an equivalent is feasible, taking into account the documentation available for each component and the rules of your destination market.
Do you provide samples of customized premixes?
Sample arrangements are discussed once a specification has been agreed in principle. Use Request Sample Discussion to start that conversation.
Can a premix combine vitamins with minerals?
Vitamin and mineral combinations are reviewed case by case, because some minerals affect vitamin stability. Feasibility, carrier and format are confirmed before a specification is proposed.
Can one premix be used for both food and feed?
No. Each premix is specified and documented for one declared grade and application. Food, nutraceutical and feed premixes are kept separate.
