01Who we are
This website, anm.health, is operated by Ambrosiya Neo Medicine Pvt. Ltd. (“ANM”, “we”, “us”), Door No: 3-161, Dullapally Road, Opposite to Godrej Warehouse, Kompally, Hyderabad - 500014, Telangana, India. For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”), ANM is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website.
The website is a business-to-business information site about our vitamin ingredients, premixes and capabilities. It does not offer online sales, user accounts or payments.
02Information we collect
Information you submit through our enquiry forms
- contact person name, company name and business e-mail address;
- phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to provide it;
- country;
- the product, enquiry type and technical requirements you describe, such as required potency, format, application, estimated quantity, destination market and documents requested;
- your message; and
- your confirmation that you agree to this policy.
Please do not include sensitive personal data, such as health, financial or identity-document details, in your message. We do not need it to respond to a business enquiry.
Information recorded when you submit a form
With each enquiry we record the page you sent it from, any campaign parameters in the page address (UTM parameters) that show how you reached us, your browser’s user-agent string, and the date and time of submission. Your IP address is used briefly to protect the form against spam and abuse (rate limiting); it is not stored with your enquiry.
Technical logs
Our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical logs, such as IP address, requested page, date and time, to operate and secure the website.
When you contact us directly
If you e-mail, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share with us.
03How we use your information
We use personal data to:
- respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about it;
- prepare quotations, specifications, Certificates of Analysis and technical documents relevant to your request;
- discuss samples, customized potency or premix requirements;
- manage our business relationship with you and keep records of commercial communications;
- understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, so that we can improve the website;
- protect the website and our team against spam, fraud and misuse; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
04Consent and lawful basis
We process the personal data you submit through our forms on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending an enquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time by e-mailing contact@anm.health. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, but we may no longer be able to respond to your enquiry.
Some processing is carried out for other lawful purposes permitted by the DPDP Act, for example where you have voluntarily provided your details to us for a specified purpose, where we must keep records to comply with the law, or to protect the website against misuse. Where the data protection laws of another country apply to you, we rely on the corresponding legal bases, such as your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
05Who we share it with
Your enquiry is shared within ANM with the sales, technical, quality and export colleagues who need it to respond. We also use service providers that process personal data on our behalf and under our instructions:
- e-mail service providers that deliver enquiry notifications and correspondence;
- customer-relationship or lead-management tools that we use to track enquiries;
- website hosting and infrastructure providers;
- Cloudflare Turnstile, where enabled on our forms, to distinguish genuine visitors from automated spam; and
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (see Cookies and analytics).
If you proceed with a commercial transaction, relevant details may be shared with logistics, freight and export-documentation partners as needed to complete it. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
06Cookies and analytics
The website itself sets no cookies. The analytics tools below set their own cookies unless you switch them off.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to count visits and understand how the website is used. We configure it with Google signals and advertising personalisation switched off and advertising storage denied, and we use it for aggregate reporting only.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which sets cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) and records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling and mouse movement — so we can find and fix usability problems. Clarity masks text typed into form fields, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
Neither tool is loaded when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
You can switch analytics off for this browser here:

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab).
Maps
The map on our contact page loads from Google Maps only when you choose “Load map”. Google may then set its own cookies, governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Spam protection
Where Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on our forms, it processes limited technical information from your browser to confirm that a person, rather than an automated script, is submitting the form.
07How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you, to manage any resulting business relationship and to meet legal, tax and export record-keeping obligations. When personal data is no longer needed for these purposes, or you withdraw consent and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we delete or anonymise it. Analytics data, where enabled, is kept for the retention periods configured in Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
08Security
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, security headers, server-side validation of all form input, spam protection and access to enquiry records limited to the colleagues who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. If a personal data breach occurs, we will respond and notify as required by applicable law.
09International transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to keep the data protected, and we do not transfer personal data to any country or territory restricted by the Government of India under the DPDP Act.
10Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- ask us to erase personal data that is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- have your grievances about our handling of your personal data addressed; and
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these rights, e-mail contact@anm.health with the subject line “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India. If you are located outside India, you may have additional rights under your local law, and we will respond to such requests as that law requires.
11Children
This website is intended for business users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age.
12Third-party websites
Our website links to third-party websites and services, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Their handling of personal data is governed by their own privacy policies.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our website, services or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
