Premixes for feed mills and integrators
Vitamins are added to feed at very low inclusion rates compared with the total ration. Vitamin premixes — vitamins pre-diluted on a suitable carrier at a defined potency — let feed mills dose accurately with their existing equipment. We develop feed premixes to customer-specific formulas, subject to feasibility.

Stability through feed processing
Pelleting, extrusion and storage expose vitamins to heat, pressure, moisture and oxidation, and trace minerals in a premix can accelerate losses. Microencapsulated forms and suitable carriers are used where applicable to help protect the vitamin through processing; the right option depends on your process conditions.

Are feed-grade vitamins kept separate from food and nutraceutical grades?
Yes. Feed-grade materials are specified, labelled and documented as feed grade. The grade is stated on the specification, the label and the Certificate of Analysis.
Can you make a vitamin premix to our own formula?
Yes, subject to feasibility. Share your vitamin levels, carrier preference, inclusion rate and batch size, and we will review the formula and propose a specification.
Which feed segments do you work with?
