Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.
General refund/returnpolicy: -
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us at email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Returns are accepted within 07 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused and unopened condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to User. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed.
Return of Damaged or Defective Products:-
If a Member has received a Product that is defective/damaged/incorrect or the items are missing in your order, then the Member has to contact the customer care of the Company at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of delivery, after ensuring all the things we will issue a replacement. Replacements are subject to availability of that particular product.

You may contact us at email@example.com To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, order number, details of the product. We may request for details such as pictures of product and video of the opening of the shipment

Customer can return the item through a third-party courier service. We are not responsible for shipping, handling, and other additional charges for returned items. In case of replacement we will pay the shipping charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-7 business days.
Modes of Refund:-
Debit/Credit or any other Card– We will refund in the same bank account.
Cash on delivery or any other mode– An online transfer would be made using bank account details shared by the customer
